Compatible with the new EC member-state vehicle registration card readers at ports and licensing authorities

During 2025 digital ICOC* is being phased-in to complement paper conformity documents. Certain issuances of the paper conformity document will additionally include a digital ICOC smart card free of charge, during the BETA period. This will depend on vehicle destination and document usage chosen by Eurocert customers.
